The commercial activities of Behshahr Industries Group started in 1323 with the establishment of Arin Trading Joint Stock Company (Sahami Khas), the first trading company affiliated to the holding, and then it started its production activities in 1330.
This company was registered on January 14, 1349 under the name of "Arian Industrial Development Private Limited Company" in the Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office of Tehran. This company started as a holding of food and detergent industries with an initial capital of 250 million rials. On August 20, 1350, based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly, the name was first changed to "Behshahr Industries Development Company" and then in 1353, Behshahr was converted from a private stock to a public stock and with the brand name "Webshahr" in the Securities and Exchange Organization. began to operate.
