Coinciding with the birth of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH), Dr. Arsalan Kazempour, CEO of Behshahr Industries Development Company, met with the company’s employees and congratulated them on this day and appreciated the efforts of women and their effective role in achieving the company’s goals.
According to the Communication and Information Department, Dr. Arsalan Kazempour, CEO of Behshahr Industries Development Company, at a ceremony held on the occasion of Women’s Day at Behshahr Industries Development Company, referring to the special position of women in the country’s culture and economy, said: Society is indebted to the efforts of hardworking women and mothers, and the presence of women in various cultural, social, and economic fields has been very valuable and constructive.
Stating that the number of women employed at Behshahr Industries Development Company is almost equal to that of men, he added: The accuracy and discipline of women is palpable, and with their participation, we will achieve the goals and plans outlined.
Dr. Kazempour, while thanking the female colleagues, announced the completion of the budget compilation of the subsidiaries and stated: The financial season of the subsidiaries has ended and the compilation of the 5-year strategic plan is a priority.
Stating that we are trying to achieve the anticipated goals of the government, the National Bank, and the Ministry of Economy, he clarified: Preparing financial reports and holding meetings of the subsidiaries on time are the next priorities of the subsidiaries.
He also emphasized responsibility and transparency in performing his duties and noted: Behshahr Industrial Development Company has a proud name that has suffered damage in recent years, and we must try to return this company to its true position.
Referring to the necessity of development in the subsidiaries, the CEO of Behshahr Industrial Development Company emphasized and said: Every economic enterprise needs creativity, thinking, and intelligence to progress. The research and development unit is considered the brains of the subsidiaries, and we must pay special attention to this sector.
He emphasized the importance of human resources as the most valuable asset of companies and said: We are trying to fulfill our commitment to the sacred system of the Islamic Republic, the respected government, and the upper management.
In this meeting, Dr. Asghari, while congratulating Women’s Day, emphasized the valuable role of women in achieving the company’s goals.
In addition, at this ceremony, Ms. Norouzi was appointed as the head of women’s affairs at the Industrial Development Company.
