By order of Dr. Arsalan Kazempour, CEO of Webshahr, Ali Morad was appointed as Secretary of the Investment and Transfer Committee, Ms. Aghaei Fard as Secretary of the Appointments Committee, and Ms. Momeni as Secretary of the Risk Committee.
According to Bidna, Dr. Arsalan Kazempour, CEO of Behshahr Industries Development Company, stated that the charter of each committee will be approved in the board meetings and added: Risk and Investment Committee meetings will be held monthly and Appointments Committee meetings will be held at least twice a month.
Dr. Kazempour, emphasizing that the meetings should be held regularly and regularly, continued: The new members are expected to help the company to reach its true position with innovative approaches and targeted efforts.
It is worth noting that the first meeting of the Investment and Risk Committee will be held in the presence of Dr. Kazempour, CEO of Behshahr Industries Development Company, and Dr. Ali Asghari, Deputy Director of Corporate Affairs and Associations of Webshahr.
