During the visit of Dr. Ali Nabavi, CEO of the National Development Group, and Dr. Arsalan Kazempour, CEO of Behshahr Industries Development Company, to Shahrood Sugar Company, while carefully assessing different departments, solutions were proposed to solve existing challenges.
Dr. Ali Nabavi, CEO of the National Development Group, headed a delegation including Mohammadi, member of the board of directors, Mohseni, deputy director of strategic development and investment, Shidai, deputy director of companies and associations of the National Development Group and chairman of the board of directors of Webshahr, Nazani, deputy director of finance and human capital of the National Development Group and member of the board of directors of Webshahr, Farhadi, deputy director of planning and development of Webshahr, and a group of managers of the two companies visited different departments of the Shahrood Sugar Company factory. This visit was carried out in order to examine production challenges, identify weaknesses and strengths, and provide solutions to improve productivity.
During this visit, Dr. Ali Nabavi emphasized the need to accurately identify obstacles and provide practical solutions and said: “Solving production problems requires serious determination and synergy between managers and employees.
He stated that the readiness of companies for transfer is an important issue and stated: Emphasis on the exit of banks from entrepreneurship is emphasized and must be implemented.
Dr. Arsalan Kazempour also pointed out the importance of the research and development sector in production units and added: Without paying attention to research and development, it will be difficult to compete in the markets. In order to benefit from Webshahr’s support, Shahrood Sugar Company must submit development plans to Webshahr for decision-making after approval by the board of directors.
Stating that move towards cooperative cultivation and produce economic products, he stated: Sugar refining is a suitable solution for the company to operate continuously. Continuous activity of the factory can lead to innovation in products and reduction of production costs.
At the end of this visit, Hashem Bakhtiar, CEO of Sugar Company, also presented a comprehensive report on the performance and measures taken and explained the upcoming plans.
