The CEO of Behshahr Industries Development Company stated at the meeting of the Board of Directors that transparency is the priority of the Webshahr Group and said: The supervisory dimension of the Webshahr Group regarding the performance of the Group and its subsidiaries should be increased.
According to Bidna, Dr. Kazempour, at a meeting of the Board of Directors of Behshahr Industrial Development Company, praised the performance of Behshahr personnel and said: The evaluation and monitoring of the performance of subsidiary companies should be strengthened and a specific roadmap should be set for each company.
Emphasizing the need to complete the strategic plan of the subsidiaries as soon as possible, she said: A specific plan should be developed for increasing production, sales, reducing costs, and manpower mix.
She considered transparency a priority for the Webshahr group and said: Economic enterprises must be profitable, and the direction of subsidiary companies must be towards greater profitability.
Dr. Kazempour stated: The performance of subsidiaries must be pathologically analyzed and the cause of their problems and possible declines must be identified.
The CEO of Webshahr considered the timely holding of corporate assemblies as an important step towards implementing Webshahr’s macro policies and said: Consolidating the locations of companies, handling personnel matters, and holding regular budget meetings should be on the agenda.
Dr. Asghari, an executive member of the board of directors and deputy director of corporate affairs and associations at Webshahr, also emphasized the importance of the budget of subsidiary companies and said: A performance evaluation meeting of the subsidiaries will be held soon, and a report will be presented to the board of directors by forming a specialized committee.
It is worth noting that at the end of this meeting, the deputies and managers of Webshahr also presented reports in their respective fields.
