Dr. Arsalan Kazempour, CEO of Behshahr Industries Development Company, closely evaluated the performance and future plans of the subsidiaries during a field visit to all the subsidiaries of this holding company from October 13 to November 10. These visits were conducted with the aim of examining the progress, identifying the challenges and strengthening the development strategies, and Dr. Kazempour emphasized the importance of productivity and innovation in industries related to Webshahr. Dr. Ali Nabavi, CEO of the National Development Group, accompanied Dr. Kazempour in his visit to Behpak Company and Shahrood Sugar and Zarrin Zart Company.

Margarine was the first destination of Dr. Arsalan Kazempour’s field visits to the subsidiaries. During this visit, Dr. Kazempour was closely informed about the production process of the margarine company. He also emphasized in a meeting with the board of directors of the company the support for development plans and said: We will either find a way or build a way to solve the problems of margarine.
In the second stage of field visits, Dr. Ali Nabavi, CEO of the National Development Group, and Dr. Arsalan Kazempour visited the Behpak factory. A fruitful visit that focused on solving liquidity challenges.
In this visit, while examining the problems and challenges of the company’s production, it was emphasized that Webshahr Holding would take fundamental steps to remove obstacles and support the development plans of these companies.
The third step of the CEO of Behshahr Industries Development Company was a visit to the Goltash factory. Developing the packaging department and equipping the factory with a Goltash power plant was the most important demand of Dr. Arsalan Kazempour from the Goltash managers. Given the importance of the issue, Dr. Kazempour attended the Goltash Isfahan Company for the second time in less than a month and, while inaugurating the shampoo production increase line and the Goltapen production line, participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a diesel generator for electricity production.
Dr. Kazempour, while visiting Behpakhsh Company, outlined a new agenda for the company. During his visit to Behpakhsh Company, he met with senior managers of the company and emphasized the need to pay the company’s overdue debts to detergent companies.
Cost optimization, increased productivity, and attention to human resources were other demands of Dr. Kazempour from Behpakhsh managers.
Dr. Kazempour, while visiting Paksan Company, stated that maintaining and increasing the company’s market share is one of the significant issues in market management and added: By producing new products and proper support, a proper market share can be obtained. He listed innovation, creativity in product design, and providing new services as ways to achieve the company’s goals.
Webshahr CEO, while visiting Qom Organic Chemistry Company, while reviewing the company’s production process, emphasized the need to change approaches and produce innovative and knowledge-based products. He stated that the company’s current production is unacceptable and solutions must be implemented immediately to improve the situation.
The visit to the Detergent Industry Management Company provided an opportunity for Dr. Kazempour to have an important meeting with the CEOs of detergent companies about the budgets of their subsidiaries for the next year. During this visit, he emphasized the importance of developing realistic budgets and targeted planning to increase production and market share. He also called for identifying and eliminating production bottlenecks, supporting human resources, and providing raw materials from reliable sources.
During his visit to Wasana Company, Dr. Kazempour emphasized greater productivity and transparency in Wasana Company’s activities, pointing out the need to determine the fate of non-productive assets and convert them into productive assets.
The visit to the Neyshabur Sugar Company provided an opportunity for the CEO of Behshahr Industries Development Company and the accompanying team to closely monitor the issues and needs of this production unit and evaluate the necessary solutions for developing and improving the performance of the Neyshabur Sugar Factory.
