Dr. Arsalan Kazempour, CEO of Webshahr Company, emphasized the importance of Behpakhsh's role as a sales driver, called for greater synergy between manufacturing companies and Behpakhsh, and emphasized the need to develop joint plans to increase market share.

According to Bidna, a synergy meeting between the detergent companies of the Webshahr Group and Behpakhsh Company was held in the presence of Dr. Arsalan Kazempour, CEO of Behpakhsh Industries Development Company, Dr. Asghari, member of the board of directors and deputy director of Webshahr's companies and associations, Mozaffari, head of the deputy director of finance, economics and human resources, and the CEOs of detergent industry management companies, Behpakhsh, Paksan, Goltash and Saina.

In this meeting, Dr. Kazempour stated that Behpakhsh Company is the driving force behind the sales of production sets and said: Behpakhsh Company is in direct competition with other competitors and should not be responsible for all sales. Measures should also be devised so that production companies can share in the profits and losses of broadcasting.

The CEO of Webshahr stated: To sell products, a mechanism should be established in the areas of discounts, prizes, etc., and the distributor should make more efforts to increase market share.

She added, offering solutions to strengthen cooperation: Sales conditions should be reviewed and formulated based on market conditions and consumer needs. The production of goods must also be in line with market needs and broadcast requests to establish the necessary balance between production and sales.

Dr. Kazempour also emphasized the need to coordinate the budgets of production companies with the approval of the broadcasting company, saying: This can help create better engagement and reduce challenges. She suggested that synergy meetings between detergent and broadcasting companies be held monthly to establish greater communication and coordination between these sectors.

In the continuation of this meeting, Dr. Asghari, a member of the Webshahr Board of Directors, also raised some points to strengthen synergy, and the CEOs of detergent industry management companies, Paksan, Goltash, and Saina emphasized the need to create constructive interaction and develop operational plans to increase market share.
