In a ceremony attended by Dr. Kazempour, the CEO of Behshahr Industrial Development Company, the members of the maintenance, repair and research development assessment team of this company were honored.
According to the communication and information management, in this ceremony, which was held with the presence of Dr. Kazempour, the CEO of Behshahr Industrial Development Company, and Nowrozi, the consultant and supervisor of the CEO’s area, the efforts of the maintenance, repair, and research and development assessment team of this complex were appreciated.
Emphasizing the importance of implementation of evaluation models in subsidiaries, Dr. Kazempour said: Behrouz models in the fields of ISO, quality, safety, hygiene and detergent and oil industry standards will be effective when they reach the stage of implementation.
He added: Behshahr Group’s expectation from the evaluation team is that all processes will be carefully and completely monitored and these standards will be implemented in production companies. Also, prevention, maintenance and repairs should be put on the agenda according to a specific schedule and its implementation should be institutionalized at the company level.
Dr. Kazempour emphasized the need to pay special attention to international standards, especially those related to customer satisfaction, and demanded that this issue be taken seriously in all the manufacturing companies of the group.
Awarding valid certificates to the chosen ones
In the continuation of this ceremony, Dr. Farhadi, Vice President of Planning and Development, Aghaifred, Human Resources Manager, Soleimanizad and Farajzadeh were introduced as the winners of the evaluation team and received the evaluator’s certificate and familiarization with the model of Iran’s National Maintenance Excellence Award.
It should be noted that by receiving this certificate, Behshahr Industries Development Company, centered on the Vice President of Planning and Development, has the ability to evaluate engineering processes in its subsidiaries and can take a big step towards improving the performance of maintenance and repairs in the entire complex.
