According to the report of communication and information management, Dr. Arslan Kazempour, the CEO of Behshahr Industrial Development Company, along with a delegation of deputy and senior managers of Webshahr, visited Saina factory. This visit was conducted in order to review the production process and identify new opportunities to improve the production level and improve the quality in this company. Dr. Kazempour also expressed his satisfaction with the progress made in Saina, and emphasized the need for greater synergy between the subsidiaries and said: We hope that with continuous efforts and detailed planning, we will be able to take more steps in the path of sustainable development and achieve the desired goals.
Dr. Kazempour stated that the survival of companies depends on the development of products and added: Creating new products and diversifying products will lead to gaining more market share.
He stated: We should increase the market share based on the capacity and taste of the market and the behavior of competitors.
Dr. Kazempour continued by stating that the equipment must be modernized: CRM unit must be set up, which means customer satisfaction must be one of the requirements.
Enumerating the importance of the research and development unit, Dr. Kazempour said: New compounds, observing the behavior of domestic and foreign competitors should be prioritized.
He considered paying attention to the rights of small shareholders as the necessary approach of the CEOs of the subsidiaries and said: avoid excess and unnecessary expenses.
The CEO of Webshahr pointed out that one of the ways to increase the profitability of companies is to buy raw materials at the most appropriate price and continued: try to lower the cost of products.
Dr. Kazempour also said about the increase of interactions within the group: the relations with the group companies, especially with the broadcasting company, should be transparent.
He also stressed on the observance of justice and fairness in companies and said: the human resources of companies have high dignity and it is necessary to observe it.
Dr. Kazempour emphasized the necessity of paying attention to succession and said: the direction of the companies should be drawn with a codified planning and strategy.
During this visit, Ezzatnejad, the CEO of Saina Company, presented a report on the recent performance and achievements of the company and explained about Saina’s future plans and development goals. In his speech, he pointed out the importance of innovation and optimization in Saina’s products and programs for the expansion of domestic and foreign markets.
