Dr. Arslan Kazempour’s important meeting with CEOs of detergent companies; Realistic budgeting is a top priority next year

Dr. Arslan Kazempour, the CEO of Behshahr Industries Development Company, emphasized the importance of realistic budget formulation and targeted planning to increase production and market share during his visit to Shwindeh Industry Management Company. He also considered the identification and removal of production bottlenecks, support of human resources and supply of raw materials from reliable sources as the main priorities.

According to the report of communication and information management, Dr. Arslan Kazempour, the CEO of Behshahr Industrial Development Company, during his visit to Shwindeh Industry Management Company, held an important meeting with the presence of CEOs of Webshahr affiliated detergent companies. In this meeting, Dr. Kazempour, appreciating the efforts of his colleagues in the detergent industry, pointed out that the budgeting season is approaching and clarified that the budget of the companies should be adjusted based on the operational capacity, financial ability, human resources and market needs, focusing on the broadcasting company.

He emphasized: We are not looking for slogans and unrealistic budgets are not acceptable. Goals should be set in a staggered manner so that they can be achieved.

Dr. Kazempour asked the CEOs of detergent companies to increase production by identifying the company’s bottlenecks and providing effective plans to remove the obstacles, and announced that Behshahr Industries Development Company will support new product development plans.

The CEO of Behshahr Industries Development Company also emphasized the importance of operating profit index as the most important financial criterion and added: declared profits lower than bank profit are not considered profit in the true sense and we must use specific financial formulas to evaluate financial performance.

In this meeting, the issue of raw material supply was also discussed. Dr. Kazempour stated: The main benefit is in buying raw materials at a reasonable price, and companies should purchase carefully from first-hand routes and suppliers.

He also considered reforming the financial structure as a priority on the condition that it leads to the production of new products and increasing the market share, and added: Paying attention to the livelihood of human resources is one of our main priorities, and supporting employees depends on income generation and the participation of all people in the interests of the company. is

Regarding the optimal composition of human resources, Dr. Kazempour also stated that the ideal composition includes 65% of people working in direct production, 20% of production support and 15% of staff.

He asked the financial assistants of the companies to observe justice in the payments of employees, the rights of suppliers and customers and to avoid extravagance and unnecessary expenses.

He stated that detergent companies have a very high capacity and said: Companies should provide short-term, medium-term and long-term strategic plans in order to gain more market share.

The CEO of Behshahr Industries Development Company said: Capital increase is accepted if development plans are considered.

The homogenization of products, the activation of research and development units to respond to the market’s taste, the transformation of non-productive assets into productive and working capital were other demands of Dr. Arslan Kazempour.
