The CEO of Webshahr, pointing out that Behshahr Holding’s main capital is expert human resources, said: for the first time in the 80-year history of Behshahr Industries Development Group, an internal award for excellence and progress will be given to selected managers and employees of the group.

According to the communication and information management report, Moradi, the CEO of Webshahr, in the first internal award for excellence and progress, which was held with the focus on maintenance, repairs and research and development in Behshahr Industries Development Company, referring to the 80th anniversary of the establishment of Behshahr Industries Development Company, from the opening Behshahr group meeting hall announced.

Referring to the implementation of the internal model of excellence and progress with 9 main criteria in the Webshahr complex, he said: This year, for the first time, this action was put on the agenda, and two axes of research and development and repairs and maintenance were prioritized. Of course, other related criteria will be addressed in the following years.

Pointing out that policies should be made for Webshahr’s 27 subsidiaries, Moradi added: Two other issues that we have considered are the coordination between the senior managers of the holding and the synergy of the subgroups. Synergy in the fields of finance, maintenance, research and development plays a key role in the success of Behshahr Holding.

The CEO of Webshahr pointed out that the role of Behshahr Holding for the subsidiaries is to “be the source of balance” and stated: We should help the subsidiary companies, but we should not interfere in their executive processes. Today, worthy managers are employed in subsidiaries, and weak and unmotivated managers are not seen in the sub-groups.

Pointing out that in Behshahr Holding, the contingent control approach is on the agenda, Moradi clarified: we should move towards a collaborative style because this approach brings more benefits for Behshahr group.

He added that Behshahr Holding’s excellence and progress award is the beginning of work to create coordination in the company’s sub-sets, although some items may have been missed in the first evaluation.

The CEO of Webshahr pointed out that our main priority is research and development and said: Our research and development should lead to commercialization. Producing new products and upgrading existing products, along with identifying new products in the market, is the way for us to survive in the competitive markets of detergent and oil industries.

Moradi emphasized that if at least 10 products are released to the market annually through research and development and commercialization, it will be considered a brilliant move. Some competitors are ahead of Behshahr in the competition and gaining market share, and we hope to surpass the competitors through this innovation model.

Referring to the foundation of Webshahr’s subsidiary companies, including Paksan, he said: “Determining the task and management of this matter has been entrusted to the planning deputy.” I believe that knowledge-based companies are the future of the industry. Whether to use tax exemptions or to obtain high-quality products to be presented to the market, we must move towards the knowledge base of Paksan, Behpak Goltash, Saina, Margarine, Zarin Zart and Packaging Industries.

Pointing out that the main asset of Paksan is expert and experienced human capital, Moradi said: Of course, we also have good facilities in terms of infrastructure, for example, the standard organization relies on Paksan’s reference laboratory in the detergent industry. In margarine, human resources Expertise is our winning card, which is not available in competing companies. Also, there is good hardware in this collection, and these two things should lead to the progress of this company. Also, the research and development of margarine is ahead of many competitors and is considered the leader of the industry.

The CEO of Webshahr pointed out that the margarine company should move towards oil derivatives and said: One of my priorities is to move towards the production of special oils, including super olein, to become unrivaled in the market.
