The necessity of developing a strategic plan
Dr. Arslan Kazempour, explaining the plans ahead of Webshahr’s subsidiaries, said: I would like all CEOs to formulate their company’s strategy plan and submit it to Webshahr Group by the end of December.
He stated: “If we don’t have a road map and don’t know where we want to go, we will definitely not get the results we want, and this principle requires that companies’ strategic plans be formulated in the first step.”
The budget should be at the top of things
The CEO of Behshahr Industries Development Company, referring to the importance of preparing the budget of the companies under the group as soon as possible, said: the budget considers the operational and financial plans of the companies for one year.
