Dr. Arslan Kazempour, the CEO of Behshahr Industries Development Company, during his visit to Bahpakhsh Company, met with the senior managers of this group and talked about the key priorities, management policies and profitability requirements of the subsidiary companies. He emphasized the need to optimize costs, increase productivity and pay attention to human resources. <\/p>

According to Bidna, Dr. Arslan Kazempour, CEO of Behshahr Industries Development Company, during his visit to Bahpakhsh Company, while appreciating the efforts of the group and employees of this company, pointed to the macro policies of the country in the management of economic enterprises and said: based on the macro policies and demands of the president Respected, loss-making companies should be appointed as soon as possible. Dr. Kazempour stated that the most important criterion for evaluating the performance of any company is the financial statements and the figures included in them; He added: The evaluation of the performance of Webshahr subsidiary companies will be institutionalized and intelligence and transparency in performance are the priority of all measures. <\/p>

He also emphasized the need to achieve record sales and pointed out the importance of increasing the company’s profit margin and said: “due debts to detergent companies should be paid as soon as possible and the sale of Behshahr Industries Development Group’s products should be prioritized.” <\/p>

In the continuation of this meeting, Dr. Kazempour presented solutions to improve the performance and increase the profitability of the broadcasting company, and said: the active sales analysis unit and competitors’ behavior should be investigated. <\/p>

Obtaining affordable bank facilities, reducing side costs to increase productivity and profitability, detailed planning to increase market share and forming a sales analysis unit, controlling costs and preventing extravagance were among other strategies of Dr. Arslan Kazempour to improve broadcasting performance.<\/p>

He also pointed out the importance of paying special attention to the personnel of the complex and observing fairness and justice in payments and added: the composition of the line force and headquarters of Behpakhsh Company needs to be revised and the headquarters forces should be limited as much as possible. <\/p>

Dr. Arslan Kazempour considered the use of the capacity of national railway lines if there is an economic advantage as a proposal that should be investigated.<\/p>
